IMPORTANT - ORIGINAL ART NOT MINE!
I'm not normally a LinkxGanon shipper, but art this pretty is just plain delicious enough that it's Not My Fault (tm). The rough idea/theme/pose reminds me of a pair of AD&D characters me and my baby are just starting to play. So after keeping the original image on my desktop and opening it every day (if not more), I thought "why not just pop it into a quick wallpaper so it's always up there?"
There is No Such Thing as "a quick wallpaper". Since it's actually the first wallpaper I've made that I'm actually using, I thought I should share it.
Two layers for the main image - the original on Hard Light and an "accentuated edges" filter with some neat playing with Drop Shadow. The right image is luminosity with a 50% opacity and the same shadow. Finished off with vibrance tweaking for the main image and "darker" levels for the whole thing.
The background is PS's own "Blue Specks" Artistic Paper at 150% and Vivid Light to a gray (40-40-40) color fill. Text is Scriptina font with both Drop Shadow (normal) and Outer Glow.
And yes, the main image isn't centered. That's because I have Far Too Many icons on my desktop and wanted some room. (Sadly, the "mine" is covered up in icons currently but will hopefully be freed soon.)
